Escape to the country.

 

The Problem


The current photographic image of the countryside was too complex and didn't translate well when reduced in scale for use on new product lines such as shower gel. In addition the linear straight lines of the pack seemed at odds with the natural undulations of the countryside.

 

The idea


The new identity creates a graphic interpretation of rolling hills that works equally well in both large or small scale. The accent of yellow from the old pack is still visible but now represents an abstract field of flowers or rapeseed.

 

All the typographic elements are gathered together into a seal which is a nod to more traditional country artisans as well as providing the colour coding zone for each fragrance variant.
